Our annual book fair is on its way!  This year's theme is "Book Fair Under the Sea."  It will begin on Thursday, March 5th during Parent Conferences from 1pm-6pm!  Students will be bringing home information packets and brochures for the book fair in the coming weeks.  Please click on the following link to view more information!!

PPES Scholastic Book Fair

PPES Character Council is sponsoring a "Shoot Your Heart Out" Basketball Shootout on Friday, February 13th.  The competitions will be held at 9:30 for K-2 and 1pm for 3-6.  Students, who meet the criteria, will be allowed to wear RED or PINK shirts that day for the competition.  
To participate, students must meet the following criteria from Monday, January 26th until Thursday, February 12th:
-Make their day 10 out of the 14 days
-No step 4 or step 5
-No bus suspension

Media Night

Media Nights will be held once a month on Wednesdays from 3pm until 7pm.  Students can come into the Media Center, with a guardian/parent, during this time to access various Media Center resources.  They may work on AR goals for the nine weeks, projects, homework, read/exchange books, and use computers.

Cold weather is a great time for Campbell's soup and it's January Bonus Time!  This month we get extra points for Campbell's & Pepperidge Farm UPC's-  up to 1,250 points!   That includes soup, goldfish crackers, herb stuffing, garlic bread and more.  Check out www.labelsforeducation.com for a full list of participating products.  Please bring your labels in to the classroom collection boxes by Jan. 31st.  Thanks for your support!


We collect Box Tops for Education!  Please send any that you may have from home to school.  Money we earn from this will be used for school purchases only!

Don't throw away those empty ink cartridges!
We also collect any used printer cartridges from any type of printer.  Just send these by the school and help us earn even more money for PPES!
